While Sale itself is a small hamlet, the municipality of Sgonico has some notable sights: Grotta Gigante (Giant Cave): Just a short distance from Sale, this is one of the world's largest tourist caves and a must-see. The immense main cavern is breathtaking and offers a unique caving experience. Carsiana Botanical Garden: Dedicated to the flora of the Karst region, this garden allows you to explore the unique biodiversity of the area. It’s a great spot for a leisurely walk and to learn about the local plant life. Long story short: few houses, nature, landscape and few places like osmiza and agriturismo. It is all about food, peace and nature.
